We take the time to understand the projects, the corporate culture, the personalities of the team and all other conditions which will allow us to present only those candidates that make sense. Our process enables us to isolate and separate the best candidates in the region who may not be actively pursuing other opportunities, but are open to exploring them.  We make it a point to never waste our hiring managers’ time with candidates that wouldn’t qualify for the position.  This is the big difference between working with Critical Path Search Group and the many other recruiting firms that exist today.  We don’t send our hiring managers countless resumes hoping that one may earn an interview.  Time is money and we have not become successful executive recruiters by wasting anyone’s time.  We completely vet our candidates to make sure they are within the realm of what you are looking for.  What’s good for one company may not be good for the other.  We take pride in our process which involves taking time at the beginning of the process with our hiring managers and understanding what makes the perfect candidate.

Miriam graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.  After almost 5 years of being a preschool teacher in Manhattan, Miriam began recruiting candidates within the Semiconductor Industry.
